UNEMPLOYED GRADUATES IN GHANA TO EMBARK ON NATIONWIDE TOUR

Leadership of the Unemployed Graduates Association of Ghana will be embarking on a nationwide tour in the next few days to address the channel the issue of graduate unemployment in the country. In a press release copied to Kapital News, the group says the main essence of the tour is to meet and hold deliberations with members strategise and mobilise for the next line of action in the country. UGAG believes this will be a major event to register their displeasure to the current order. It is UGAG’s plan to touch base in every regional capital and then proceed to the various districts within it for furtherance of their exertion. The ‘whom you know’ mantra has taken shape in almost every organisation and thus makes it very difficult for the average graduate who has no links or connection with people in top positions to get access to jobs. We will be joined online by the Spokesperson of UGAG, Desmond Biney to tell us more about their nationwide tour.
